1. What is your return policy?

We at AAwipes offer a 30-day return policy, starting from the date of your order. In case you are unsure about what to order, please email us at support@aawipes.com and we will assist you with your queries. If you wish to return your order, kindly let us know the reason for the return, and we will be happy to help you with your return. Please ensure that the returned rags/boxes are in their original, like-new condition. You will be responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping using the carrier of your choice. We do not refund used or laundered products.

  1. Do you offer wholesale/reseller/distributor pricing?

Our prices at aawipes.com are already discounted prices, in comparison to the retail prices at Amazon.com. However, if your order size is larger than what is indicated on our website or want to be our long-term partner, please send an email to sales@aawipes.com for better price inquiry or fill out our WHOLESALER APPLICATION form.

  1. Do you accept Purchase Orders (PO)?

Yes, usually we do offer Net 30 terms upon prior credit approval. Please complete our terms application. If you are a government agency, school, or state government, you can contact us directly at sales@aawipes.com without filling out any application.

  1. What are the accepted payment methods?

We accept all major credit cards such as Discover, MasterCard, Visa, and American Express, as well as Paypal and Google Pay. Additionally, we accept Cashier check, bank wire transfer, ACH transfer (please contact sales@aawipes.com). 

  1. Do you provide free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping (standard shipping) for all orders in the lower 48 states. However, if you require expedited shipping, you will be responsible for the cost of expedited services. For orders outside the contiguous* USA States, please email us at sales@aawipes.com for more information.

  1. How do you ship?

The shipping method used will depend on the location and weight of your order. We will optimize and ship via FedEx, DHL, UPS, Amazon logistics, USPS, local delivery trucks, or any other suitable method. The shipping fee, unless specified, is included in the order. 

  1. Do you ship to Europe or other countries like Canada?

Yes, we do. We offer global shipping. Please send an inquiry to sales@aawipes.com, and we will provide you with a good solution with our advanced global logistic network.

  1. When will I receive my order?

In most cases, orders take 3-10 business days to arrive. However, during pandemics or other unforeseen circumstances, shipping carriers may be slower than usual, and the supply chain may be harder to control. We request your patience and assure you that your package will reach you as soon as possible.

  1. Is sales tax included?

No, the price does not include sales tax. If you have a Tax exempt document, please send it to sales@aawipes.com prior to placing your order.

Yes, we do. We are vertically integrated in the cleaning supplies industry, from design and production to the entire supply chain. This allows us to ensure tighter quality control and offer better prices to our customers. We also offer customized solutions within a short time frame. Private labeling services are always welcome.
