1) What is Return Policy?
Here is the RETURN POLICY of AAwipes:
Usually customers are very sure what to order. However, if you are not sure, please email to firstname.lastname@example.org and talk to us about what you needs and questions. If order is made and you want to return, please let us know why it doesn't work. You may have ordered the wrong rag for your application and we probably have the right thing. We’ll help.
A. 30 days return policy: count from your order date. No returns will be accepted beyond that date.
B. Returned rags/boxes must be in original, like-new condition.
C. You need to arrange and pay for return shipping using the carrier of your choice. We recommend insurance and tracking.
D. We do not refund used or laundered products.
2) Do you offer wholesale/reseller/distributor pricing?
The price shown at aawipes.com is wholesale price in comparison to retail price at Amazon.com. However, if the order size is large than what indicates on the website, please send the email to email@example.com for better price inquiry or fill the WHOLESALER APPLICATION form.
3) Do you accept Purchase Orders (PO)?
Yes, we do offer Net 30 terms upon prior credit approval. Please complete our terms application. However, if you are government agencies, schools & state government - no application needed, just contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
4) What are accepted payment methods?
We accept all the major credit cards such as Discover, Master, Visa, and American Express, or Paypal, Google Pay.
5) Do you provide free shipping?
Yes, all the orders are free shipping (standard shipping) in the lower 48 States, which means we will ship your order for free. But if you want your items arrive earlier and expediate shipping is needed, then you are reponsible for the cost of the expediate services. If you are at Alaska or Hawaii or other non-contiguous* USA States, please send email to email@example.com. We may have surprise for you.
6) How do you ship?
The shipping method will totally depend on the location and weight of your order. We will optimize and ship via FedEx, DHL, UPS, Amazon logistics, the USPS, local delivery trucks, etc.
7) Do you ship to Europe or other countries like Canada?
Yes, we do. We ship globally. Send inquiry to firstname.lastname@example.org, and we have good price for you.
8) When will I get my order?
In most cases it takes 3-10 business days. However, during pandemics period, shipping carriers are slower than usual and the supply chain is not that eaily to control. But please be patient, it'll get there. We are striving to deliver the package right to your doorstep.
9) Is Sales tax included?
No. The price does not include the sales tax. If you have Tax exempt form, please send to email@example.com prior to your order.
10) Do you provide private labelling service?
Yes, we do. Though we love our logo but we are willing to share our products with others in this field. We are integrating vertically the cleaning supplies, from design, production across the whole supply chain, by this way we can ensure tighter quality control and better price for our valuable customers.
